How does the $2995 Flat Fee Work?

The $2,995 covers the cost for listing and selling your home. There are typically 3 different fees associated with selling a home: the listing agent’s fee, the buyer’s agent fee and title cost. Traditionally when you read or hear about 6% commission, this covers both the listing agent and the buyer’s agent, at about 3% each.

So again, in our case, the $2,995 covers the fee for our listing services, all the way to close. You still will need to get title insurance with a title company and we recommend you offer a co-op fee to cover the fee for the buyer’s agent.

Will other realtors show my home?

For a buyer’s agent, there’s no difference between our listings or any other listing on the market. The buyer’s agent is paid at closing in the amount of the co-op fee. The co-op fee is advertised on the MLS, the listing fee is private between us.

We will organize an outreach campaign to realtors in the MLS who have buyers looking for a home in your area.​

In the end it is the buyers who choose the home they like best. The majority of home searches start on the internet and the MLS. We don’t skimp on pictures and we excel at digital marketing, making sure potential buyers will find your listing.

How and where will you market my listing?

We don’t take shortcuts! We help you to make sure your home shows at it’s best!

Distinguish your home from all others: our fee includes a professional photo shoot in High Definition to make sure your listing gets noticed online. All our listings get posted on social media.

Your home will be listed on the MLS and on hundreds of real estate websites like Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, Realtor.com, …., this ensures the highest visibility for listings. According to the National Association of Realtors, over 92% of homebuyers search for their home online. In addition we market homes through online and offline channels, driving home buyers to view your property. Lastly, we place a yard sign. Neighbors and people driving by often know someone who wants to live in your neighborhood. These methods make up over 99% of all home sales in the US.
